Gongchan is my ultimate bias. I first saw him when I was watching music bank last year. I wasn't planning to fall for him but I did. I find him really cute and when he smiles, I just can't. He's like a baby in B1A4, he cries when he misses his family. He cries a lot when it comes to his parents. Chan has a really cute voice and when he sings, I'll go "awwww" because it's really cute. But his accent is really strong, hence, the lack of singing parts. Some people say he can't sing and many asked why do I like him. Have you never hear him sing? That verse in Only One? It's the most beautiful verse I've ever heard. Although he may be lacking, he works really hard and that's why I love him. When he aegyos, I'll just break down. Gongchan is a very foolish boy. He had a surgery back in July. I still remember that day clearly, 23rd July 2012. Even before that, I have seen people saying how he didn't laugh as much as before, how his smiles seemed forced. Then the news broke out, he had a kidney removed. He was hurting even before Baby Goodnight promotions. But yet, he put off his surgery until promotions ended. He had to stay in the hospital for a week. He put off the surgery, ate painkillers for months because he wants to be there for the group. Their schedules during that period was crazy. They were flying to and fro Japan, hello baby filming and not to forget their practices every single day. He even flew to Singapore and I was too blind to actually see that he was in pain. I hate myself for that. But he was there every single time, he didn't cancel a schedule just because he was in pain. Every time his fansites updates pictures, all of them are filled with his smiling face. He's smiling beautifully to the fans in all the pictures. His dedication to the group, his love for the fans, I'm sure everyone can see and it has never change. Gongchan is the one I support the most. I have other biases but Chanshik is the one I will go all out for. There's nothing not to love about Gongchan. How he smiles, how he sings, how he dances, I love everything about him. How he's so mature, and how he loves his hyungs and how he's so freaking dedicated to his group. He knows he chose this path himself, he never gives up and he's always thankful for having this chance to realize his dream. Maybe sometimes he feels excluded or he feels unworthy being in the group(I'm sure he have at least thought of it at some point in time), he never makes us worry. He'd rather keep it bottled inside him than make his hyungs or family worry. That's how mature this kid is. How sometimes he seems like the hyung instead of Sandeul to smiling brightly for the fans when he's in pain. For a 19 year old, that's something to be proud of. I am very proud of Gongchan and will always be. Gongchan is very under-appreciated. He's often recognized only for how cute he is. Yes, he's the vitamin of B1A4. Gongchan is a ball of sunshine to his hyungs. How he always smiles and cheer for them, and how he is always there to make them smile. When he introduces himself, he says that he's the 'visual', the 'maknae'. Have he ever complain? All his hyungs have a specific musical role but he have never complained. Gongchan is a very vital part of B1A4, he brings joy to his hyungs and without Gongchan, there won't be that B1A4 we know today. Gongchan is a very humble boy. Gongchan is a very respectful boy. He treats every fan he meets with respect and he is always smiling when he meets them. He will look them right in the eye when they talk, he will hold their hands and talk to them sweetly. He'll ask if they have been well, he answers the questions earnestly and he makes the fans feel appreciated. Don't you think he's very mature for a 19 year old? He never asks for anything in return and he even risked his own health just to be there for his hyungs, for us. Chan ah, you don't have to ask for anything in return, because I'll give them to you, I'll give them to you without being asked to. You're worth all my effort and my time. You have lost weight recently, how your cheeks looks bare without all the baby fats. I am still worried about you till today, seeing you dance on stage now gives off a different feeling. You'll be having your first ever solo concert tomorrow and sadly, I won't be there. I'll cheer for you all the way from Singapore. I'm sure you'll do well, I'm sure you have prepared very hard for this concert and I'm sure everything will go well. I don't know when I'll see you again but I hope it's soon. Although I know you might have already forgotten about me jerk but I really look forward to seeing you again. I miss you badly and I will always love you Gong Chanshik.
